Only ordered 2 ckn sandwiches they gave me one n said pull up th other one isnt ready!? So i sit there 15 mins n Nothing!! So i... called them ( wld of went in but had my dog in car) they said oh ok. WORST EXPERIENCE, firstly we walked in and no one greeted us, we ordered our food which we asked a spicy famous bowl with xtra... cheese and mac and cheese instead of mac and cheese the first one was a regular famous bowl and then the second was a regularfamous bowl with mac no spicy after we told them 3 times. its not impossible we ordered it a week prior at the same place & itwas perfect. 2nd it has nothing to do with me but 4 workers were up at the cash register having a pow wow meanwhile a man isstanding there waiting patiently to be assisted it took about 2 mins before anyone asked. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOODSERVICE WAS ALSO TRASH. Read more

Food was absolutely horrible. Half the of the tenders were so hard we couldn't eat them thw other half were supper soggy and... gross... The fries tasted feezer burnt and were also cold and soggy. Mashed potatoes were the only thing that was warm, butwere very dry and almost tasted like cheap instant potatoes. So gross and so very expensive... Read more
Waited for 17 mins before someone took my order :/ they were super slow. I come here cause I LOVE the Mountain Dew Sweet... Lightning, and of course it was super flat, tasted like carbonation soda. Long wait few cars on line, people behind us left. New crunchy tenders ,ash potatoes and gravy ( gravy lacking on the spices.... Macaroni and cheese, husband enjoys. I'd rather have green beans or wedges I adore the gravy so I notice when it's not right.Biscuits awesome. Chicken delightful. Read more
So this is the second time in a month that I have attempted to feed my family from KFC in Dover, Ohio. The first time, i got a... partial refund and I thought maybe it was a fluke and maybe I went on an off day but no ..... Today was just as bad, if notworse. Our food was supposed to be ready at 5:39pm. I didn't receive my food until after 6. Which it is what it is. But the foodwasn't even hot. Or eatable for that matter. I manage a local business and I understand being short handed and under staffed butthe employees there are less than efficient. Now I will say.... As I stood there for a half hour waiting on my food, the cashierworking the dining room was great! Very personable and handled the rush with ease. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not on herside. The lady expeditating the orders was not very pleasant. The entire time she was obviously upset at the customers coming inand the non stop drive thru. Again, i understand being swamped, but it's also understanding.... Without us customers, therewould be no KFC, which means no paycheck. Lee's went down the drain and now so has our KFC.
