Food was good ,service was slow. They need more employees per shift. Had to wait way to long.
Have to give the Dover McDonald's employees props, they were super busy with lunch time, the girl taking my order misunderstood... me and didn't add a few things I needed but hey that happens. I asked at the pick up window if it was possible to get what Ineeded but if not no big deal, given how busy they were, sure enough they did. I always get great service at the DoverMcDonald's!!! Food is fine and place looks clean. Staff is fine. They can be a little slow and prices are high, but that is everywhere due to... the economy. Not a bad place. Read more
We waited well over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 sweet teas. When we got to the pickup window, they attempted to hand us... the wrong order, then didn't have our drinks ready. We will never go to this establishment again. Read more

Everything has really gotten rediculous there. Prices... customer service.... stingiest chain ive seen. Like ok they have a... heart felt connection with BBQ sauce packets.. but to only be able to hardly have one for nuggets but omg everytime I ask forone for my chicken sandwich oh no! This are for chicken nuggets only. Not to mention paying 5+ dollars for the sandwich.. comeon already! Read more

Every single morning I come here I ask for 2 extra syrups and they ALWAYS forget to put one of them in my bag! The big breakfast... is supposed to come with a syrum so when someone pays for 2 extra syrups they're supposed to get 3!!! The girls at the windowalways give me a hard time about it as if I'm trying to steal a freaking syrup!! This is the perfect example of why fast foodworkers don't deserve $15 a hour ????! If someone asks or pays for something when they're ordering their food you give it tothem!!! It's freaking ridiculous!!! Read more
