I would like to share my experience at Mr. Hibachi Japanese Grill. I like to try different restaurants, in the local area. Mr.... Hibachi is the cleanest and most friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The decorations are cute andwhimsical. The staff is very helpful, explained the menu items and the ingredients. I got dumplings and egg rolls. (They arenamed different on the menu.) I am used to Chinese American names for them. They are so delicious with homemade sauce. I alsohad the vegetables and noodles. My daughter had the crab salad and clear soup (it is mushrooms in a chicken stock) the namesounded, mysterious. Everything is made fresh to order and you can watch them cook.
