I would like to share my experience at Mr. Hibachi Japanese Grill. I like to try different restaurants, in the local area. Mr.... Hibachi is the cleanest and most friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The decorations are cute andwhimsical. The staff is very helpful, explained the menu items and the ingredients. I got dumplings and egg rolls. (They arenamed different on the menu.) I am used to Chinese American names for them. They are so delicious with homemade sauce. I alsohad the vegetables and noodles. My daughter had the crab salad and clear soup (it is mushrooms in a chicken stock) the namesounded, mysterious. Everything is made fresh to order and you can watch them cook. The food here is high quality and cooked to perfection. The staff here is really kind and are helpful when choosing food from... the extensive menu. The atmosphere is like none other, there's pleasant music and there's lots of nice decorations all around.Overall I give this place a 10/10 Read more

Food was horrible. My toddler eats everything and wouldn't eat the noodles. The noodles stuck together and was sticky. The... hibachi chicken was dry and tasteless. The crab ragoons where amazing. Overall, I would not suggest Mr. HIBACHI. Read more
The staff seemed friendly,the salmon n chicken was very good. I ordered the steak rare, I got medium well. A little... disappointed,but if you like your steak like that,you'll enjoy it. We went down to the Canal Dover park to eat.I'll goback,explain how I want my steak. Read more
***UPDATE*** FIVE PLUS STARS, this place is wonderful. I ordered every appetizer on the menu the other night along with two... dinners & extra noodles ($70+)... we "didn't like" one (it was "ok" just not a favorite with all the other wonderful stuff)(also next time I'm going to have them mark the orders so I know what I'm eating) Food was all great, couldn't have asked formuch more. My friend doesn't eat vegetables (weirdo) & they accommodated that order with no issues. Food was all amazing &plentiful. I did have a "smiley face" package... crab slaw (wonderful) & thank you Mrs. Hibachi. Let's start with this is a"re-review" of Mr. Hibachi, my first was less than stellar. I want to also impress that this 4 star could/should be 5 stars butthey made the dinner for "me", the guy that complained. I for one know that sometimes it's just an off night and I happened tobe there on that night. Erica (owner w/husband) could not have been nicer and her kindness showed in the food I received thatnight. The food was excellent, lets start with something Erika suggested Fried Gyoza; I will drive to Dover just to get thisappetizer, it is a dumpling that is fried with a pork filling, pork filling was good...but the wrapper, it was a combination ofa kettle cooked chip and a soft dumpling if that is a way to explain. To put it plainly, my dog did not get a snack on the wayhome, normally I share... not this time! Now on to the rest, Shrimp Hibachi was excellent, veggies were fresh (saw them on theback sink being prepped), HUGE portion of rice and of course the shrimp were excellent. Fried noodles with shrimp, again,excellent just the right amount of seasoning and super taste. I had a wonderful experience! I ordered ahead and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up and they carried it out to the... car!! Great customer service! The food was fresh and hot when everyone was ready to eat! I will definitely order again! Mydaughter sent me the pictures she took of the party trays! The food is amazing!! Read more
