Came in kinda late at night, got super quick service even as they were cleaning equipment, my smoothie was delicious!

My first time to order from here & it was amazing!!! Got the PB&G bowl & it was so good with lots of granola, honey & yogurt &... the bananas were just the right ripeness & it was too much to eat all at once! Also got a Strawberry Banana smoothie (regularsize) & it's delicious also...was greeted pleasantly by the staff and overall was a great experience! Will definitely be back???? Read more
I've never been a smoothie kinda drinker... Until my daughter introduced me to pulp juice. Smoothies are not so sweet to the... point it makes your mouth pucker not too bitter to make your taste buds run & hide. Perfect to perfection. Not too thick & nottoo thin. Honestly I love Pulp, the business as a whole has the freshest smoothies and really good tasting. That being said is the only... positive thing I can say. I walked into this location and was not greeted, not acknowledged or even served. Multiple cars pulledthrough the drive through as I waited for one of the two employees to even take my order. Meanwhile one of the employees ismaking smoothies the other is in the back poring smoothie into a small tasting cup and consuming it while I ?still? have notbeen greeted or asked what I would like. 10 minutes later another gentleman walks in and is instantly greeted and to add insultto it I ordered first and he left with his before mine.Absolutely some of the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Iwouldn?t swear off of pulp, but I recommend NEVER coming to this location. Whoever hired these two young employees needs toevaluate who they?d rather hire more, children or hard working individuals who came to do their job. P.S. before receiving mysmoothie they handed the gentleman his smoothie and said ?raging berry? (my drink) mentioned it to them and they said ?oh nothis is the 3 berry, they look the same. ?This? is your raging berry? I've always wanted to try Pulp but thought they would be like most fruit juice drinks "out of the box sugar fruit juice stuff"... but boy oh boy was I wrong! These things are legit! The problem I have now is how often the vehicle will try to pull into thePulp parking lot ???? My grandsons and I love to swing through the drive through for a healthy treat. The smoothies here never disappoint. If you go... inside, you can watch the fresh fruit being cut and prepared for each smoothie. The wraps I have tried so far have been verygood, though it is good to specify how much of the sauce you want on them. I personally tend to like a lighter amount than isusually included. Not fast food- expect to plan a little time while your order is prepared but worth the wait. Read more
