Ok there are few things that need to be known at this subway location the food is good and the employees are great except the... manager Trish. This manager batters her employees in front of the customers and is really loud and make sure that everyone hearswhat she's saying about the employee. Also there was a child that was looking like he was going to get on a table and themanager decided to yell at the child instead of speaking with the parents to tell them to tell the child to get off the table.Also the same parents asked if they had quesadilla breading they didn't know that it was called flatbread and the manager toldthem that they need to go to Taco Bell if they want to get any quesadillas since they were Mexican that were ordering aquesadilla when they did not know that the flatbread was called flatbread. If you go into this location and Trish the manager ispreparing your food just turn around and walk out because she will argue with you and also batter her employees in front of youand try and shame them when they made a mistake. to be honest the regional manager or corporate needs to just assign a newmanager for this location the other employees are perfectly fine and are very friendly and prepare your meals good andprofessional but the manager is unprofessional and is clearly unqualified to do her job when it comes to dealing with heremployees and customers. The way that she was acting made everyone uncomfortable and ashamed to even be in the store andwitnessing the unprofessionalism that Trish the manager was doing. Read more
Services wasn't great. I had to repeat myself several times and still didn't get everything I asked for. They put very little of... everything. My husband's bread wasn't fully cooked and very doughy. The kid making his sandwich smashed the bread and my meatwas not heated up. The whole experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning. Read more

Ordered on the app for pickup from this location. We got our order of 2 foot longs and 3 6? subs and didn?t start eating until... we got to where we were going. Once we started opening the sandwiches for our 3 kids, we noticed that everything was wrong. Wethen checked ours and ours were completely wrong as well. We checked the ticket they attached on the bag and that was correctand what we had ordered. However, none of the sandwiches matched any of it. Called the store and they gave me the owners numberand I have yet to hear from anyone and it?s been a week. This store has a lot of younger people working that are usually goofingoff and the customer service is lacking big time. Read more
I used to love getting lunch from the Dover Subway. Employees were polite and served food to their customers in a timely manner.... Not so much anymore. I watched my toasted sub sit on the counter for 10+ minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pickup(app order) while the 4 employees talked and ignored me. There were no other orders at the time. They finally added toppings andhanded my cold sandwich to me without a word. I will never enter that restaurant again?ever Read more
This place got a full remodel for something so bad. I walked in a stood there for 5 minutes in a completely random store. No... workers , no nothing. I would give this place 0 stars if I could they are pathetic. Take the extra 4 minutes and drive to thebell store location for subway. Read more
