This is our "go to" Pizza Restaurant for pick up. Delivery is available, but limits on distance & sometimes low driver... staff. Doesn't matter, PICK IT UP! So totally worth it. Even Coupons available on large pizza & other items. Soooo soooooogood?? Read more

Let me start by saying, I have a pizza place down the street from me. They have pretty good food/pizza. HOWEVER.. I would much... rather (and I do every time ) go a bit further down the way for Fox?s , and here?s why. I have NEVER spoken with anyone there(or their drivers ) that hasn?t been anything less than wonderful. My order has been correct every time except once...and whenI called (it was a delivery) they rushed the correct item right over, on a weekend! They?re delivery is quick/reasonable (if ona weekend when they?re obviously slammed) and my food is always hot/very warm when it gets to me. The prices are fair , thequantity and quality of food is good. I have been ordering from fox?s for years , and I don?t plan on changing that any timesoon. This review was way overdue (sorry Fox?s) . Even during Covid... I have never felt awkward or uncomfortable interactingwith the staff either in store or delivery. Y?all are my favorite . Thanks ?? Read more
The food is great and the customer service is wonderful. I usually order delivery and the drivers are quick, personable and... respectful of the Covid guidelines. I really appreciate that. The food tastes good, what's supposed to be warm is warm and whatneeds to be cool is cool. I recommend the Italian wedgie, ham and cheese hoagie, salads and the sinfully delicious chocolatebrownie pizza. Read more

I got my order in a timely manner but here?s my problem ? my buffalo chicken wedgie was missing the tomatoes so I called in and... the employee passed the phone to the manager. The manger says the best he can do is send some tomatoes in 10 minutes. Never didhe apologize for the inconvenience which is the professional thing to do. The driver finally arrived 30 minutes later and I saidto tell the manager I was really disappointed that he didn?t follow through with sending food within 10 minutes as he saidbecause I now have a cold sandwich. The driver?s response was not I apologize for the inconvenience but rather he said ?what doyou want me to do I?m the only driver. Well I gotta go. Bye.? A professional place of business would offer to remake thesandwich. I was happy to give back the other one. We pay extra for delivery and tip on top of that so I would expectprofessional courtesy and good food. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. They have now lost my business. Read more
