The lady taking the orders in the drive thru was incredibly rude. Had an attitude the whole time. When we went to go get our... food she had gotten our order one only giving us one of our drinks. She yelled at the poor girl for getting our second drinkbecause she messed up the order. Read more
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and moved through the drive thru quickly since there were few people in front of me. I was told to... pull ahead and wait. 10 minutes later, I received my two cheeseburgers and nothing else, like an apology for thedelay. Normally, I'd mark this up to being short staffed or just an off day, but the service at this McDonald's is consistentlybad. As a side note, the franchise owner up charges $2.99 for bacon and $0.79 for a squirt of mayonnaise. Standard menu pricesare generally a little cheaper, but gouging customers for wanting some customization to their food is a bad practice. Igenerally don't eat at McDonald's as I rarely eat fast food anymore but their food is also subpar to other fast food places. Dueto convenience and a recent incentive, I made a few trips to this store over the last few weeks. As mentioned before, theservice is consistently bad and I will no longer grant this store my business. Read more
Stopped by on Sept 18th at 9 pm. Had me pull up to the 3rd window to wait. Food came out in about 5 minutes. Drove home about 5... minutes. Pulled out my ????. Cold as ice. Barley any salt. Grabbed my double qp. Steaming hot. Moral of the story. Everyone goesthere for the amazing fries. Everything after that is what ever. My fries were cold. Next time I will go nuts Read more
One side of the drive thru wasn't manned for the longest time, and they didn't put any cones out to warn people. Everyone... circled around after waiting forever, and then they finally found a guy to start takong orders on the down side. Food was okfor McDs, and they did have receipts which is problematic around the area, so it was ok other than wasting everyone's time. Read more
Ive eaten twice in the last 3 months and both times was great, the food was FRESH and i also posted a picture of the large fry... that i ordered and received. It was full and HOT. If you have the time and want great mcdonalds food come here DONT go to themcdonalds on york crossing drive unless you want half full fries cold food that looks like it was scrapped off the floor. Thisis the BEST mcdonalds i think ive ever been to. I actually drove out of my way to come to this mcdonalds and i drove rightpassed the mcdonalds on york crossing drive. Read more
There is now a $0.25 upcharge for extra pickles. Also asked for extra Mac sauce $0.79. The sause was not on the side and 4... pickles. On top of the MANY other times I've been here and the order is wrong or we're missing sause for nuggets. They haveusually fixed it next visit. But doesn't help day of when your missing food and hungry. Also a 4 year old that's very specificabout her hot mustard. I'll drive the extra mile or to down the road to the other McDonald's location.
