Overall it's a pizzahut. If you've been to one you've been to most. What this one has that others may or may not is a serious... lack of customer service. When you ask why it's so bad or for management to help the staff just lookes at you like they don'tunderstand you. Today when I left work I placed an order online. I didn't have a mask so I requested contactless. 15 min laterI'm at the restaurant and I make a call to have it brought out. 18 min after I call I am sitting there with my son asking whyit's taking so long. I go in, pizza is in the warmer and I have to ask for assistance from one of the 7 people standing around.Was not offered an apology for the delay or anything. Looong wait. Pizza was okay, wings had very luttke sauce on them. We usually love Pizza Hut, this time it fell short.
Kinda little mad with this place. Placed 50 dollar order and door dash delivered the wrong order to me I got 20 bucks worth of... food for my 50 bucks I spent and when I called and complained they said they'd refund me the money for the mess up and its day 3now and still no refund. Im updating my five star to a 2 star due to the manager being very smug when there was a problem with my order. I picked up my... order and got home to eat diner with my family only to find out the missed half my order. And yes i tried to make sureeverything was there before i left and there was enough containers to appear that everything was there but they only gave me 1order if chicken which avery other time i had a double order they always put both orders in the same container and my order ofmozzarella cheese sticks is supposed to have 8 and there were only 7 and the manager blamed it on the trainees. She had mychicken and sticks made again and she opened the container for me to count them which was ignorant of her to do so i saidunfortunately for you i do know how to count. An even longer story short she didnt give me anything for my troubles of havingto drive back to get the food they didnt give to me plus when i got home my pizza and bread sticks were cold. This managershould not be a manager at all. If i would have been in her shoes i would have remade the entire order instead of giving thecostomer a hard time. Read more
i never really get pizza hut by choice , but the one time i do, it was awful. i ordered 6 boneless garlic parmesan wings and a... large cheese pizza. first person to deliver it was a door dasher, he only brought me the wings. he told me some lady alreadytook the pizza to deliver to me?? i called the store and they said some lady from uber took the pizza to deliver to me, thenthey looked again and said oh nevermind the pizza is still here we can make a new one. i said um yes please? it took over anhour to get my actual order on the table and the boneless wings were rubbery, small, and the sauce was soup surrounding them.the pizza was ok Read more
Not impressed. Ordered online, arrived about 20 minutes later. Paid for my order. Then waited for a half an hour. When I... asked the girl at the counter first she said it wasn't ready yet. I asked for the manager. She pulls my order of the shelf! It had been ready the entire time! So I got cold pizza, she did offer to remake it but, at that point I was in no mood to waitlonger. Supposedly she put a credit under my phone number for the next time I order.. awfully bold to assume that'll happen..there's lots of pizza places in dover. Read more
Pizza was great, garlic butter crust is perfect The only problem is the recommended times for delivery. It started by saying... 30-40 min. Then after paying for order it changed to 45-55 min. Then ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes. Twice the max timefirst suggested. Honesty is a much better business policy to maintain customers instead of bait and switch. You have a goodproduct, sell it. Update, tried to order again. Will not even try delivery. Bit after waiting the time then getting to thestore, my order is wrong. Not complicated order, but still wrong. Then, the only thing said is can you wait 10-15 for it to bemade. There is a reason we order ahead and then wait to come. So they can't deliver on time, nor have it ready for pickup. Theyhave used Covid as excuse, but these folks need some help. The dining room has become a storage container. Just a disgrace. Notnecessarily a critic of the staff, they are obviously way understaffed. Owner get in gear with your business. It will turnpeople off Pizza Hut everywhere. Whew.... okay. Better now. Read more
Their food has gotten better from years ago. Not as greasy and the flavor is better. My only "complaint" would be, at my last... visit, I went in to pick up my order and didn't see anyone at first. I did hear someone in the back and so I called out to themso that I could get my food and leave. The person who was back there, some guy, ignored me. I had to stand there for a fewminutes until the other employee, a girl, came out of the ladies room. Not very good customer service from the guy in thekitchen. Read more
