How do you go into a subway at 5:00 pm to get a cold cut sub to be told you dont have the meat to make it. your out of cold cut... meat. then you choose something else and your told you are out of mayo. you got to be kidding me. done with this subway. Read more
Having a pool party, pre ordered large sub party trays from the Subway in Dover. Arrive to pick up the "pre-ordered" food.... Nobody there has a clue. Ok boys start making them...nope, they have to try and get ahold of a manager. "What?" Just make theorder! Nope. Cannot do it, is what we were told. Done. Never again. Ruined the party. Unprofessional. I encourage everyone totake their business somewhere else. They had no sympathy as to what mess they made of our situation. Bye bye. Read more
Went for dinner and the first thing we ask for they were out of. We asked for something else and were told they were out of... that item as well. We then asked if there was anything else they didn't have. We were told "NO". Then we tried to order 2other subs and were told they didn't have those either. My theory is that they actually had those items but the super energeticstaff didn't want to make those subs. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'll just go somewhere else. Came into this location 30 minutes ago, and the male employee (name started with S) making my order made it known that he was in... a really nasty mood. His attitude was short and rude. It got to the point where he was slamming cabinet doors so hard, that theyflew right back open, and he began tossing containers. He also tossed my food down on the sandwich line for the next employee tocomplete. With each item, it seemed like he became even more angry. I've never seen an employee act like that before, and it wasreally uncomfortable. I won't be returning to this location. Read more
