We went through there drive thru on January 18th at around 12:00pm we ordered a cheeseburger and cheese sticks with a small coke... the lady took our money and we sat in the drive thru for over a half hour! Waiting on a cheeseburger and cheese sticks! The ladymade our order and handed it out the window with the worst attitude not once did she say sorry for the wait or anything of thesort! For a facility on the Air Force base they should definitely hire more respectful and polite people I must say that was theabsolute worst customer service I have ever had! I would not even rate them one star if I didn?t have to! Ridiculous! For those that know me, I'm sure this is a shock. I do my best to avoid places that kill their products by halal. But sometimes... you just have to have one of their grilled chicken sandwiches. New Review! Since the reconstruction they have changed things up a lot including the food. Food is as expected now and served... hot. The tables are always clean and they sell Veggie burger so that is a big plus. Previous Review: Disgusting, food wentright into the garbage. Establishment was dirty, every table was nasty. The worst BK ever. Coffee poured in front of me was old and room temp. Last time breakfast sandwich egg was cold, like... refrigerated cold. Asked for a new one, sent out another one just as cold. Unbelievable BK allows them to operate this badly.Wish i could give -5 stars. Read more
Perfect Whopper for my 4-5 time a year 51 yo allotment! When I splurge on calories, nothing beats a Whopper and this BK makes... them perfect. Fries where fresh and good and cheeseburger was good; but not a Whopper. Our "coke" was not a coke. As if she putevery flavor in it along the line. Is it possible to give zero stars? Extremely rude employees. Have never been so rushed on ordering when I'm the only one in... line. If you are going ro rush me and make me feel like I am going to slow, when I get to the next meal do not cut me off andask what the first meal was again and then still mess it up. I pray theses employees are not a part of the group trying to make$13 an hour. Read more
The food is average and some items (chicken fries ???? and the nuggets are so dry and tasteless they are awful). The best thing... about this BK is the location and the only drive through option on base. Read more
