A friend of mine and myself ordered 2 Baked Ziti with ricotta cheese along with a tossed salad and Italian bread which was a... pleasant surprise. My friend picked it up and brought it home to eat. I ordered a Philly cheese Steak sandwich and it was.... not good. The cheese was hard and the onions were raw. The meat was... super over cooked and dry. The cheese was not threw out the sandwich. The sandwich had little to no flavor. I often try to orderdifferent things to find something that might taste good and be a good meal, each time I'm disappointed. I really wish DoverPlains had more options for Restaurants. Read more
This place is absolutely amazing , the lady here is sooo sweet very friendly and nice we came in and had dinner here and she... gave us unvelieveable service for one she brought us complimentary bread how many places still do that, the food was deliciousand we left feeling full and it wasn?t even expensive appetizers and all for family of 3 was 45 bucks the atmosphere was niceand relaxing, she asked if we would be coming back and we said absolutely cuz here I am waiting for food writing this reviewbecause the hospitatility is amazing she even give my son free ice cream while we wait for take out. Good pizza and calzones. Nice owners and staff. Just had the chicken marsala which was some of the best I?ve had! Calamari and... my girlfriend?s quesadilla were good too. Today was the first time ordering here. The delivery was pretty good and close to on time. I ordered a white sicilian pizza with... grilled chicken topping. It was not really as soft as it should have been,the crust was real hard (over-baked). Though I did notrequest it to be soft which could be on me. The worst part about it was that the chicken is not freshly grilled,its frozenprocessed chicken with it peppered and stuff. At the end of the day it was not really that bad but I ordered this because I havestomach issues and no top teeth...which is why it needed to be soft and I hoped for fresh plain grilled chicken that was bland.I would have enjoyed it more without the chicken...now I know. Edit: I ordered another without the chicken and requested asofter sicilian pizza. It was much better and less peppery. Read more
