Thursday 10/20/22 at 5:30ish I drove through the drive thru, as I waited to place my order, the person on the intercom stated... "we are down for 10-15 min. & are not taking orders Due To Staff Shortages. I figured I'd go get gas & come back. It hasn't been15 min. yet so I pulled up & parked on the side of the building. As I sat there (which was a total of 10 minutes, until they allwalked out of the dumpster area together & back into the building) I watched 14 cars pull up to the drive thru & drive offwithout ordering, while also noticing 4 employees standing out by the dumpster talking, smoking & laughing. Wow! Normally Idon't write reviews, however this was not the first time pulling up to this drive thru and not being serviced & it must bebrought to the owners attention. Read more
The dowagiac Burger King is slowly becoming better than in the past. I decided to try it out again. Newer crew members, and... management from what I can tell. Service is getting faster and more accurate. I realize that retraining a new crew takes sometime to get into a rhythm. Keep up the good work on trying to improve. Read more
I enjoyed your burger King Friday night , October 7th. The manager that night around 6:30 was on her game. She was at her... station and running the store wonderfully, the store was clean from what I could see, everyone knew they're job and doing it. Myhat is off to her great job. Read more
If i could give it zero stars i would.. I was employed here recently and boy ole boy let me tell ya... The store manager angela... treats her staff poorly unless your her family. Before i started i was promised a raise after being there for a bit... LIES. Thestore manager makes sure you cant contact her bosses with regarding any problems. Also when i would dm her with issues she wouldscreen shot and sent my private messages to the other managers and employees and she would also send my messages to her bosses.But only my messages, she would wait till she sends it to them And plays victim then she would reply after she sends my messagesthat way she could cover her butt and when someone confronts her about it she talks about how people shouldn't talk to her thatway and demands more respect.. Drive through service was terrible. In the drive through waiting to order and the person that pulled in the other lane AFTER we... were already there said "You better take my order first." So that's exactly what happened and we left. Will never be back. Read more
Absolutely the worst service ever!!! If this is a franchise BK, shame you the owners. If you can?t find workers, get off you... behind and suit up! I place no blame on these workers, they are doing their best. Close the place if you can?t properly staffit. Waiting 25 mins for a burger is a joke. Then again, not many choices in this town to begin with. I won?t return. I?d Muchrather spend my hard earned money with someone who cares about their customers. Read more
Get to the screen to order had to wait while I listen to what I can assume was the hand dryer in the restroom.. at least they... washed there hands.. anyway I finally get told to place my order I'm beyond ready at this point so i tell her I'd like a number4 meal large with a coke.
