Every few years I try to give this location a second chance.. this will be the last one. On my spicy Italian in whole I received... 5 tomatoes, 6 jalapeños and 8 lbs of their chipotle sauce. I am not over exaggerating it was so bad by the time I got home itwas seeping out of the paper. I tried to make due and scrape the sauce snd freshen up the sandwich but it an absoluteabomination of a sub from subway. Next time please spin the artist in a circle 5 times before you blindfold them and make mysandwich. At least have fun with it if you know it?s not even edible Read more
There might be a worse subway in a Russian prison, other than that this is worst on earth. Dude was throwing meat around like... frisbees, dropped guy that was ahead of me chicken in the sauce tub picked it up and threw it right back in his sandwich. Scooped tuna for woman's sandwich all hastily and slopped tuna into the guacamole tub, nasty self. One year later this post is still relevant ordered there again today and they completely screwed the veggies for both subs I... feel every time I think it's ok to eat here again after months of being mad it still makes me mad. Ordering on the app so we canpick it up easy. They have forgotten cheese the last three times I've ordered. This time the basically threw the ingredients oftwo different subs we ordered. Horrible service. It was nasty and I had to sit and listen to them complain, about their staff for 20 minutes. I wish the... Dowagiac location could be trained by the Niles location. They have the same owner but, the Niles location is 100% better. It isclean, has friendly staff, always has stock of the veggies. Dowagiac needs to be re trained and Niles staff needs a raise. Iwill not be going back to the Dowagiac Location. On top of all that they actually have a tip jar! Who would tip with servicelike that. Read more
Placed order via app. Paid for 50% more meat and didn't get it. Requested extra of select toppings and sandwich was thin without... extra anything! Manager refused refund or remake when I stopped to let them know of the errors the next time I got by therestaurant. Not the first time this happened and due to lack of concern on the part of the manager, it may very well be thelast! Read more
ordered a steak and cheese exactly the way its "supposed to be". Picked it up and the sandwich is empty and the steak wasn't... even heated up enough to melt the cheese. I pulled up the website picture to see what its supposed to look like vs what I got. Read more
Not happy about their change in menu subs. Oven roasted chicken breast fit our needs perfectly. Basically had them make us... sandwiches with items as we requested. Everything tasted fresh and service by staff was very good. Read more
