This Taco Bell has let me down once again, I honestly don't know why I go back there. We placed an online order for 2 cravings... boxes and apparently they were out of nacho fries, so when I get there they said they were out and couldn't substitute anythingfor them are you serious?! Wow! Instead of making it right by substituting something.....anything, for the nacho fries, theysaid well you can cancel the order. I drove all the way up there not to get food, that I already paid for. Not happy. I ended upgetting the order without the fries or any substitute. This place needs better management. The customer is your business. Youneed them. After eating the food that we just received nothing was made well at all. Burritos were not grill like we asked,among other requests, but this isn't out of the ordinary for them, so not surprised. Hope whoever visits this Taco Bell hasbetter luck. You have been warned. We eat here occasionally and this time the food was so horrid that I decided to write a review finally. We ordered food online... for drive thru pickup. We ordered a few burritos and substituted and added things here and there. Well honestly this was someof the worst looking food I have seen from taco bell. The burritos were made wrong, sauce was so thick and overwhelming andstuck to one side of the burrito on just about every single thing we ordered. Wife ordered a crunchwrap and literally couldnot find the meat. My mexican pizza was absolutely smashed, made incorrectly, and looked like puke. I've ordered them beforewithout issue. My potato soft tacos had nasty lettuce, which i asked to have removed while ordering, another messup. Theyglobbed the sauce to one side of each. The cheese also to one side as well as the potatoes leaving half the tortilla useless. The tortillas themselves were also horrid, cold, and hard. The only thing i can say that was correct was the soft drink. Hardto mess that up however. We ordered and picked up by 8pm on October 2nd 2022. Hopefully someone can reprimand or get to thebottom of this. Nobody should pay almost 20 dollars for horrid food. Regardless if its fast food or not. Its still a service,and a paid for one. A manager needs to address these issues. We will be avoiding this establishment in the future. Read more
Service was fast and friendly, but only a dollop of cheese in the cup? Not even enough to finish my chips! The burrito was good... but they waved the meat over the taco and put a lil extra cheese on it (not how it was ordered)! Ordered extra on our nachobells payed for extra didn?t receive extra, no forks in bag no napkins and no sauces dowagiac really... needs to get their act together. Read more
Avoid using the mobile app at the Dowagiac location. When we went to pick up our food they told us the order was never received.... Even when presented with the evidence that the order was placed and paid for, they rudely refused to prepare the food orreimburse the money. They told me to call the company but could not provide a number. When I found the number viapissedconsumer, I called and they were closed. Very frustrated with the functionality of the mobile app and the poor customerservice at this location. Read more
I ordered through the app and picked up the order through the drive thru, the dine in was locked. The issue was multiple missing... items and packed in the wrong box. I had to wait in the drive thru to fix the issue. After going to the window they informed methat the missing my cravings box was in the bag. I offered to give them all the items back and they wouldn't look at them. Theyinsisted that everything was correct and in the bag. They gave me 2 boxes and a bag. The boxes were incorrect. We had 2crunchwraps, 1 with onions and 1 without. They both came with onions because I informed them of the wrong one that was missing.The extra Taco was I'm a box instead of the bag. I found it before requesting the additional items. The items requested were acrunchwrap, beefy 5 layer burrito and Fiesta potatoes. Then when they brought out the items to the parking spot, I offered herto look in the bag again to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I could have missed one of them but instead she was rude insisted thatthe order was correct when she handed it to me. Dowagiac TB has the rudest employee in fast food.
