Another delightful place for a church Men's Luncheon. We opted for outdoor seating so we moved some umbrella's about to keep... some of us geezers out of the sun. Food was delicious. Our server was young and new. Some of us were more understanding thanothers but I think we all still had a wonderful time. This writer has never been disappointed at Cadence. Read more

Delicious drinks and food!! My husband ordered a $3 Modelo and I ordered the Grow a Pear ???? cocktail nice and light with the... perfect amount of sweetness. We split a ribeye entree and had White Russians for dessert ???? Read more

Plenty of space for larger groups and the music’s a comfortable volume; meaning this is a great space for getting together... with your friends and family! The outdoor space seems lovely too, especially in good weather. Clean bathrooms, friendlyservice, great drink selection; only desire would have been for more food choices and non-fried options for vegetables. Some ofthe ‘small plates’ were heavy with sauces, oils, or weirdly proportioned (for example, the meatballs or cheese spread).Overall, it was simple fare and more selection than the pubs in the area. Cadence Kitchen is a real hit for Downers Grove. The expansive outdoor seating is great for summer & fall and indoors is always... a welcoming experience. Food is very good. Prices are higher but on par with other restaurants with changing menus and freshingredients. Tuesday is Ramen night and the chef created a unique Ramen bowl. Read more
