The menu choices were just ok. Our table shared the potato skins and pretzel bites. Pretzels were a but heavy on the salt. The... brushetta burger lacked flavor despite its detailed description. The restaurant was not busy (maybe 6 tables at 6pm on aWednesday) but I'd rate the service just 'ok'. It took awhile for drinks to get refilled. It would not be on my list whenvisiting Downers Grove again. Read more
Pub atmosphere with wood interior. Food was good. I got the Walleye Po-boy which was good. Only thing I’d recommend is doing... it the traditional southern way and add thin pickle slices to the sandwich and not a spear on the side. Maybe add some lightCajun seasoning to the batter. But still really good and not heavy. I could tell that there was care in putting the foodtogether. The Rye IPA was good too. I’d go back there to try the other food and beers as well! Read more
The bacon infused bourbon drink was delicious. The salmon and broccolini were good and my husband enjoyed the wings.
A surprisingly fantastic burger here. The fire starter burger. Service is great.. people are friendly. Definitely try it out!
