Attempted to use the app which didn't work because their cc system was down. APP kept freezing so I had to use the website. ... Add on 15 minutes for your food to be ready since the is no way for food to be ready in 5 minutes after ordering. Plus theyforgot the sauce for the tenders. Read more
This is a combo KFC & LJS location. It's not located close to me so I only go sporadically due to the distance. But today was a... lovely day for a drive. The staff is typically friendly & today was no exception. The window staff took my order correctly &chatted with me a bit once I reached the window. Food wise, I'll admit the LJS items can be hit or miss on freshness. Today, mystandard L7, shrimp combo, was on the hit side. (2 months ago...not so much.) Shrimp was piping hot, fries were fresh & the hushpuppies had soft insides with a crisp exterior. I also ordered a piece of chicken which tasted great even though it was the lastthing I ate. This location also has the mini bundt cakes. I tried the chocolate & brought home a lemon. The chocolate was moistwith mini chips. A sweet winner. I've called this location 5 different times. I wasn't going to take the 30 min drive without making sure I would get the long... john silvers I wanted. 1st time I called they were shut down for serving food they shouldn't have, 2nd time, 2 days later theywere shut down for cleaning issues. 3rd time at 830pm they said they were closing, even tho the site says 10. 4th time they saidlong john silvers closes at 830 and KFC closes at 9. This last time, I've get nothing but a busy signal for the last hr. I'vebeen craving long john silvers, but even just by calling them I will never make the drive to this location. I hear the onelocation out by the city is better. That hr long drive might be more worth it then what I've gotten or haven't gotten over thephone from this location. Soooo disappointed Read more
The food was old and they did not strain the oil the black you see in the chicken is burnt better from the bottom of the fryers.... This is just plain lazy and if they allow this, then wonder what they do with the rest of the food. In addition, the drivethrough lady was very rude. We will not be going back here again.
