I'm giving 3 stars because I... contacted the store again on Friday 11/12/21, the Manager Graham was willing to rectify the whole situation by explaining to methe sausage is flat , thats how it comes to them . Every Lou's location I've been to has served fantastic pizza. Even a basic cheese pizza is incredible. The crust is to die for.... Love it when I get take out and the lovely aroma from the pizza fills the whole car. It's pricey for a pizza but worth havingfrom time to time. Read more
When I first tried the Lou pizza several years ago it became my favorite pizza. And when I introduced it to my family it became... my dad and sister?s favorite pizza. But the last few times I have ordered this from the DG location it has not been up to par.Too many tomatoes, chunks of tomatoes rather than tomato slices (see photo of tomato chunk), not enough cheese, my dad andsister also felt there were too many mushrooms on their slices. It seems that at least at this location they are hurriedlymaking the pizza without attention to quality. They also don?t cut the pizza properly. We last ordered this on Father?s Daybecause it used to be my dad?s favorite pizza. But my dad said it wasn?t like it used to be, and we should stick with Giordano?sfrom now on.
