First time eating here as I was told the food was good. I stood near the counter(luckily there was no one behind me) looking at... the menu above as an elderly Caucasian woman behind the counter stared at me waiting to take my order. When I decided to order,she just kept looking at me like I was upsetting her because I was taking so long to order. I apologized and said that this wasmy first time there and I got no response from her. She was pretty cold, unfriendly and clearly upset that I couldn?t make up mymind. She started asking me questions about whether I had a Rewards Card, if I wanted a drink, etc., all the questions you wouldnormally hear but in a tone of voice I didn?t care for. The older gentleman next to her was much friendlier and I wish I hadgone to him instead. The chicken sandwich was decent but in my opinion, not worth the $14 I paid. Sad but true, this location is always, always out of something. Cups, tomato soup, Mac n cheese, brownies, Mango lemonade. Still... my favorite Panera, but honestly make three choices before you get there to increase your chances of leaving withsomething. Niche Note: Mgr said that the trucks don't always bring what they've ordered. Guess it's probably because of thepandemic. You'll get something, it'll be tasty, just might not be your first choice. This location has gone down hill over the last few years. Was there yesterday for the first time in awhile. Floors were beyond... sticky you couldnt walk without your feet making noise. Seats had trash on them, bathrooms needed to be cleaned. We ordered asalad and had to ask it there was actual lettuce in there!! They did offer to put some lettuce on the side. Weird but ok. Welove Panera's food! This place just needs an overhaul. Read more
Efficient and friendly service. Cleanest Panera Bread location I've been to in awhile which struck me as odd- really stood out... compared to most other Panera's I've gone to. Food was packed well too, and they didn't forget my pickle unlike some Panera's. Read more

I've been Here 8Yrs Working For Panerabread I make all the food I know the food tastes delicious beacuse it was... made by the finnest Head Chef Me But other than that the Restaurant gets packed during lunch hours and they need to Remodel theBathroom beacuse if one person is using the bathroom to go #2 and you really have to go you have to wait. This may be the worst Panera on the face of the planet. I like Panera but for some reason everyone here seems to work at a crazy... pace of slowness. There's times when I want to go into the bathroom and look myself in the mirror and punch myself in theeye. It does not matter who's working the register they're always the most impolite individuals. What's really awesome is whenthere's someone that orders about 60 things and the person taking orders is the one that has to go and get all those thingsrather than having someone run for those things or they just simply handle the register. The line that formed behind me had 16people in it. 16 people wrap your head around that. The reason because the person knew the person that was ordering the bagelsand they decided to talk about what they did last Sunday. The solution would seem easy right just simply go to another Panera.Well there is nothing closer. Everyday I beg my coworkers to eat somewhere else but nope everybody settles on this and itusually creates a situation where our whole day is set back one full hour. It is literally easier and quicker to go to agrocery store buy eggs drive home and cook them cuz I can do that in the same amount of time it takes for me to get my foodhere. I would seriously consider training or retraining the staff as a whole. Update: there was one person in front of me. Iwalked in at 8:05am, I am still waiting for three sandwiches. It's 8:45am.
