Then they'll tell you the product is currently sold out so you can't even get itnow. And then they'll begrudgingly issue you a refund with no apology for the inconvenience. After 3 yrs of trying to give this store a go, I?ve had enough. It wasn?t just covid. They can?t seem get a single delivery... order right without missing an item (or several), every time. Trying to call the store is impossible, nobody ever picks up. Eventually this time I had to call head office to be emailed an ?e-gift card? that essentially covers the missing items and onlypart of the delivery tip.
