When you drive all the way back during rush hour to retrieve an item missing from your order, they'll tell you they did include... the item in the bag, indicating you're lying. Then they'll tell you the product is currently sold out so you can't even get itnow. And then they'll begrudgingly issue you a refund with no apology for the inconvenience. After 3 yrs of trying to give this store a go, I?ve had enough. It wasn?t just covid. They can?t seem get a single delivery... order right without missing an item (or several), every time. Trying to call the store is impossible, nobody ever picks up. Eventually this time I had to call head office to be emailed an ?e-gift card? that essentially covers the missing items and onlypart of the delivery tip. Nothing gained, but they just lost my permanent business, that?s for sure! Read more
I called twice to ask someone about spoiled cheese in my salad. Got hung up on twice. I understand it is a busy work environment... but simply hanging up when someone's order has something wrong with it is completely unprofessional. Read more

The food is great for the price & staff is polite and helpful. My only complaint is that I have tried to call several times in... the last couple weeks, however no one ever answered the phone. Overall, good quality & good staff. Read more
Coming here late in the day is getting ridiculous. Panera seems to be out of so many items and ingredients when selecting... sandwiches and bowls. Tonight, they were out of Humus for the Mediterranean Bowl. Last time they were out of bread and anothertime they were out of lettuce. Panera may be good for lunch but anytime after 4:00, don't bother coming here. Read more
The atmosphere, lighting, music and staff was delightful. I ordered grilled cheese and vegetarian sandwiches which were full... size and a glass of water, along with the kettle cooked chips. The food was great and the only recommendation I would like ifthe grilled cheese sandwich bread was toasted brown with light butter, the sandwich would come out perfect (crispy). Read more
