Too small and they didn't ask for name to put on my order so I got somebody's else order. Not happy with their new layout... facing the counter. I had to ask for a spoon to eat my oatmeal. I did not receive an apology just a spoon ????. Will notreturn to that location. Read more

This location was terrible, inefficient, long wait time, staff (tyler) that was not helpful and not customer focused, i drink... starbucks everyday, am a member, and I asked for a refill and the barissta tyler would not honor this request. I paid full priceand bought another one. Read more

Your standard fare Starbucks. I like the store layout. Nothing too exciting to report here. All depends on the barista time of... day, mood etc. overall ok experience they got my drink right and the bathroom was clean. Oh yes, their outside seating area isquite nice. Enjoy your visit. Read more
This is a new & one of the biggest Starbucks locations I have visited. My App (online) order was accurate plus ready for pickup.... There are WIRELESS charging stations all over this location (a bonus). The Outside eating area has its own space at the eastside of the store. Plenty of seating and parking. Love this location. With all the Starbucks locations so close to this one, you?d think this location step up their game and be better. I avoid going... to this location unless I absolutely have to because there?s always a problem. I ordered from this location instead of one ofthe other nearby locations because it was the only one with everything in stock that I wanted, but when I revived the order oneof two drinks were made incorrectly and the breakfast sandwich ordered was missing entirely. The wait is always long regardlessof the amount of customers in the store and/or in the drive through. Drinks are consistently made incorrectly, either missingingredients they come with, or missing something extra you?ve paid for (an extra shot of espresso). Sometimes the drinks are sopoorly made they?re not even edible. Regardless of if I order in the store, I?m the drive through, on the app, or for delivery,I?ve consistently had a problem with the quality of my order or with items/ingredients missing. Highly recommend skipping thisStarbucks location and visiting one of the many different locations just a few minutes away. Better customer service, betterdrinks and usually better at keeping items in stock, and typically much quicker regardless of business. Read more
