I would rather go to Taco Bell after smoking more than any other restaurant or fast food place... but NEVER this one again ????... It was so bad it was comical. We order on the kiosk screen, get the food... then had to listen to two female managers complainabout workers behind us the entire time... then our burritos and cheese roll ups were cold in the middle.... HOW DOES THAT EVENHAPPEN ???????? As we are laughing about how that's even possible we see a lady walk in, staff ignored her and she walks outwithout placing an order after standing up at the front for 5+ mins!! I was about to get up and take her order myself ???? Theonly way anyone should go here is if they buy taco bell at the Cass Ave store and come to this one to eat and watch thebuffoonnery for a good laugh. Read more
Went through the drive through. I ordered 6 Burritos in clouding 2 vegetarian burritos for my family and friends. First of all,... the girl in the drive through said that we only get one sauce packet per item, which is ridiculous!! You need at least need 3sauce packets per burrito....at least. Second of all there was meat in the vegetarian burritos. The vegetarian people were notable to eat their burritos. For which, I should sue this Taco Bell. Oh yes, when I called them, the girl told me she was themanager and hung up on me. I tried calling again about the meat in the veggie burritos and they hung up on me again, then theystopped answering. So, this is one of the worst Taco Bells in Illinois. The first one and second one are both in Naperville. Ohyes, @TacoBell don't send me buy one get one free coupon for the trouble, especially if the coupons are not accepted anywhere inthe area. That was also a stupid move. So, in my opinion. Taco Bell is the lowest on my list of restaurants. They have the worstcustomer service....no actually there is no such thing as customer service at Taco Bell. If I could give a zero, I definitelywould. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are really good authentic Mexican restaurants and food trucks that are waybetter than Taco Bell. Read more
This taco bell is suffering from the same problem the Ogden store is suffering from. Literally if any of you out there on... Google are reading this, only go to the one on Cass. Both other locations have garbage staff after 8pm, they close early, theymake excuses to avoid making delivery orders. Why do these people even get paid lol just stay home night crew, you'd providebetter service if you did. Read more
Don't show up in the morning for breakfast. Employee was in the building, doing who knows what. 20 minutes after supposed "open"... hours, they still wouldn't serve food, unlock the door, or turn on the drive thru. 10:20am is NOT early if you plan to servicebreakfast. I ordered 4 spicy potatoe tacos. They were delicious and the potatoes were crispy and we got everything we ordered. Customer... service was kind. My only issue is how expensive they are then compared to the Taco Bell In Darien. Usually a potato taco is adollar but this was around 2-3 dollars. Overall 3.5/5 Read more
Have fun waiting at the drive through to place your order as a line forms behind you? I?m guessing so they can keep their ticket... times down? Then because they waited to take your order have waiting even longer for them to prepare your order. Also, whendid T-Bell get so expensive? 2 chicken quesadillas $13 and change!? GTFO!!! Read more
This location never wants to run their night shift. They lie to customers about being under staffed. There are 5 crew members in... the kitchen. I came thru at 1135pm. They never greeted the speaker, despite still being open for business. I was part of 4 carslined up in drive thru. When they finally came to the window, FIVE people stood there telling me they are short handed. 20 yearsof Taco management and I ran closing shift with myself plus 2. I'm out of options as the staff does not care and the Taco Bell app "contact us" section dead-ends when requesting contact. ... Calling them out for your awareness. I'm not sure who owns this location nor would the staff tell me. Their order system has aproblem reconciling coupons and twice they have insisted I owe them $1 (coupon value). First time I paid as it was a largerorder. Friday I walked out without our food or refund as they could not refund as I paid in the App and refused to give me ourfood (without paying another $1) despite having the receipt on my phone. Some notable observations from recent visits: hoursnot as listed, no counter service (they tell you to use the kisok), mobile orders you have to tell them to make it when youarrive, dirty dining and bath rooms, staff complaining about customer ls coming through the drive through, vagrant personwashing themselves in the dining room, general feel of not being welcome as a customer.
