The Bridge for Two was quite tasty and includes plenty of sashimi (chefs choice) and rolls (your choice) to feed two... adults. Service was okay. We were asked if the bar was acceptable, said yes and were taken to the bar opposite of the onewhere the chefs make sushi. The bartender also became our hostess. She was reasonably attentive to our needs but I didstruggle to get her attention when we wanted the check and she did deliver our food to the folks next to us initially. Thenon-sushi bar side of the restaurant was quite noisy, making it hard for us to hold a conversation. The sushi side of therestaurant was much quieter and I wished I'd inquired about sitting on that side instead. Read more
Really enjoyed eating at Wasabi as the food was delicious and the service was great. We came around 2pm on a Sunday and it... wasn’t that busy. We got the Bridge for Two, which includes two specialty rolls of your choice and chef’s choice of 16nigiri pieces. You also get soup and salad. We made the mistake of ordering the tempura appetizer before our entree and it was alot of food so we had quite a bit of leftovers. Would definitely come back here! Read more
If i could give 7 stars I would. House made sweet n sour sauce with egg rolls and crab rangoons. Delicious food. Asked for sweet... and sour shrimp (not on menu) our waiter said no problem we can do it. Sushi was fresh delicious and awesome presentation. Friedrice was so fresh and delicious. The food is A+ service A++ great upscale casual spot that i will be hitting up again. Kudos. Read more
If you're looking for a place with awesome food and a great atmosphere look no further than Wasabi Restaurant. They have a great... selection of sushi and also Chinese food. The orange chicken, shrimp fried rice and Mangolian beef are very good. The bar isvery modern and serve some of the best mixed drinks in the industry. The outside seating and live entertainment on some nightsare just the icing on the cake. The staff is very friendly and they really go above and beyond to help navigate their phenomenalfood and drink menu. I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the food in the menu. Read more
We enjoyed the Rainbow roll and the Little Delicious. The Rainbow was very fresh and the light fry made the Delicious a bit... crunchy with a lot of flavor. The Chicago roll was ok but we'd try something else next time. The presentation of the three rollswas nice in the boat with a flower. The gyoza apperizar was so good it was gone before I could get a picture. We sat outside andenjoyed Downtown Downers. Read more
This my husband and I's new favorite sushi spot! The sushi and appetizers were absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service.... Their Facebook photos are amazing. Sold us on coming here.The sushi was lightly fried and had a crunch crisp to it that I'venever experienced any where else. Thr color of the fresh tuna was spectacular. You could tell it was fresh that day. Theoutdoor atmosphere was perfect. Couldn't have asked anything more of the night. Hurry up and eat here! Read more
100% our new favorite Sushi place in the Chicagoland area. We ordered way too much food for just two people but it all looked... soo good, and it was. 3 apps and 2 rolls. Service was great. Quick and helpful, and super friendly. Place was clean and had afun modern vibe. We sat outside on the sidewalk, but they have these huge doors that open up the inside so you can be inside,but get all the perks of being outside. We live in Aurora, but might just be driving out or Downers Grove for sushi from nowon. Read more
I recently moved up here from South Florida and Sushi is def our thing. I was so excited to find this gem.. their sushi is... delicious and it’s just what I needed for comfort food. Quality and freshness is a mush and so fat I have yet to bedisappointed. I would recommend to anyone who needs their sushi fix!! Read more
