The service is usually pretty good. But the girls that work at the front are pretty rude and I tried to correct an issue on my... last order. And they said that I need to call them that night or the next day. To be honest life gets busy and I don't run ontheir schedule. The pizza we received last time was completely unsatisfactory. I'm currently waiting for my pizza right nowapproximately 45 minutes since I called. And they just told me that it just got put in the oven. I understand a rush of orders,but when you call and they say it will be ready in 30, and they really 90 they should say that. Unfortunately my family prefersthis pizza. Got a mailer today for a free large pizza and decided to try it. This pizza is awesome….a little hidden gem. Sorry photo... isn’t of the whole pizza, we all grabbed some and everyone loved it, so I felt compelled to leave this review. Placed an order on Sunday (4/5). While our family made a decision to support small local business instead of a big chain;... unfortunately, this was our worst experience after being there a few times. The pizza seemed reheated. I'm lactose intolerant and I still ate two slices. I can assure you all that baby Bros uses real cheese and lots of it. The... pizza and potatoes came out fresh and piping hot, absolutely delicious. The wings came out at less than warm. I won't beordering the wings again. It was busy tonight but my buddy likes his wings not hot (temperature). I'll definitely be comingback. The staff is friendly, the register girl is polite, sweet, helpful, and accommodating. The restroom is unisex and clean. Read more
I haven't had pizza this good in a long time! The place is a bit small, and it's weird that they have the sound just up enough... on the TV to be noise pollution as your eating.. But the quality of the food is great, and the staff is extremely friendly. Read more
The pizzas are okay, the fries and wings are really good. Customer experience not so great this time. We ordered a Chicken bbq... pizza but ours had very little bbq sauce. When my young daughter asked if they could redo the pizza blonde lady responded and Iquote “ That’s not our problem” Fortunately the other young girl took care of the situation in a professional manner andgiven that the pizza was more than 80% she replaced it.
