My son and his gf brought me out for my Birthday!! And with honest truth I had Awesome time. I will say the reservation was at... 730 and we didn’t get seated till 8:05, not to bad. Now, the experience was AWESOME from the server, to CHEF SARAH and theppl within our group had Good Vibes. Bar drinks came 18 minutes after we ordered, that's fine. Then the cooking part was awesome our chef was fantastic!!!!! Server... didn't came back for drinks refills/bar drinks even the chef have to flag her down to come over and get us sauces and drinkrefills.. as soon the chef was done we pretty much have the plate full with food and Sadie started asking for boxes to go... Itold her WE ARE STILL WORKING ON THEM... we will let you know, five minutes after was BOXES TOGO? Again we still working onfood we will let you know.... Few minutes after she brought out the check and asked us if we're paying cash or card.... We saidboth... anyway w send it up paying cash but I knew the 6 courses meal came with desert (I know is just ice cream) but we had toask the server for it! Like it's call 6 courses meal for some reason right? Anyway we paid cash and left to the lobby.... AT THELOBBY THE SECURY GUY CAME AFTER US SAYING "THE MANAGER NEED YOU" in front of everyone at the lobby, the manager approached usand said, YOU HAVE A BALANCE OF $54 dollars!! In front of everyone at the lobby! We knew exactly what we paid.... Next minutethe "server" Sadie came and recount the money to confirm SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO COUT AND MAKE THE MATH the manager apologized butafter he send the SECURITY TO CHASE US and say it loud in front of the. Guest waiting at the lobby he just said I'm sorry forthe miss understanding.... SERIOUSLY!!! Agh... worst service ever From server/managing and yes I'll be calling corporate manager wrote on the business card this 2 names and crossed this one so idk which one is the right one JOVANI, OSCAR DURAN ,Kevin Candoya No refills, no pre-bussing no costumer service at all, sorry for the cooks who make the best experience ever! Service was slow, we had reservations for 5pm, our Chef didn't show until after 6pm. I was very annoyed for the poor scheduling.... We tried to make the best of it, our Server was very attentive throughout our waiting time. Overall the food was just ok. Theexperience is why we chose to Dine here, it's a bummer because that's where they failed! ???? Read more

Had a great experience at Benihana. Went for my birthday. Our cook was funny and entertaining. The food was delicious.

We went for take out and Paul (Manager) at benihana gave us spoiled food. Rice was slimy chicken was hard and undercooked with... old ingredients. Rice was slimy and sticky from being old and had no real fresh flavor. The two orders of California rolls whereso tiny and I guess they where okay you can find better samples at the frozen section in Ralph's. The RA Chicken Rice bowls withBeef and Shrimp where disgusting. UPDATE: I called the restaurant to talk to Paul, I felt obligated to let him know to not salethis to anybody else someone could get SICK. He offered to make new from scratch and said this has never happened before, I toldhim my appetite was ruined and did not trust (Its true) I said I could bring the food to him so he could smell the spoiled smellof it. He, instead offered to open my order/receipt again to refund what I paid to my bank card. Said I should wait 7 days tosee it what I paid back my account. I promised to take this down if he did. Regardless I will be back with an update. WARNINGKeep on eye, take precautions, you don't want to get food poisoning and mistaking it for COVID and get denied medical attention.Nowadays things are like that.
