If you?re a delivery driver, stay away from this place after 10pm Mon-Thurs. They close the doors to everyone and can?t be... bothered to bring to food outside to the table at the drive through. You can be easily sitting in that drive-thru line for 45min just to drive another 15 min one way to drive west of the 710 where no one tips. So basically you?re on one job for an hourfor $7. Not to mention the 15 min it takes to drive back to the zone. So stay away from this place and let them waste the food.Or they can turn off orders after 10 so we don?t get dinged for it. Read more
Typically this location and it's staff is pretty consistent. Nothing too different from any other location however my last visit... was really disappointing. So much so it sours my previous experiences. I drove and attempted to get in the drive through whenone of the employee's was blocking off the entrance with cones 20 minutes prior to closing just as I'm pulling right up tohim. You would think asking the guy nicely if he could move the cones so I can order but he told me that the kitchen is closedand will not have any food or drinks for me. I hope the company isn't training the staff to be this rude with their actions andverbiage. The struggles of the fast food workers doesn't go over my head but you can't deny service or entry when the businessis still open. It was pretty obvious they wanted a head start on closing up the place so they can go home or whatever. What awaste of time and gas just to speak with this jaded Edgar hair cut teen. I'm taking my business to the South Gate location,staff there is way friendlier and won't call you "bro", "cuh" or "boss". Great food, inconsistent service and staff. Read more

Unfortunately my bad experience with this location is not the 1st time. Placing the order via the app is simple however the... young lady was having an issue and called over another women, after a few minutes they decided to send me to the main window andjust let them know that I have 2 orders ready. I get there and they said I had not paid but I added money through the app thatshowed successful and yet the gentleman requested that I pay another form. I showed the paid amount on my app and time and wasthere for some time. Another lady approached did something on the computer scanned my phone and that was finished. The ladythat gave me the food said have a great day. In other circumstances that would have been fine but in this scenario what theyshould have said is apologize for the long wait, I interacted with 5 people from the start and no one had the thought to see theissue and brushed it off. On top of that I had to park, get off with my child to get the rest of the order that was not given tome and even then I still didn't get an apology. I work in retail and am part of the hiring committee and I use to rave aboutyour customer service till lately I will no longer use this company as an example. Read more
Very long line but moved well. Surprisingly shorter wait time than most. Very organized and efficient.
Same great Chick-fil-a quality. However, this location leaves something out of our orders 9 times out of 10. That is not an... exaggeration. I?ve waited a while to post since this spot has opened. Figured they needed to work out the kinks. It?s reallyannoying to sort thru big orders making sure everything is there. But it is VERY NECESSARY with this location. New location. Food is good like in all locations however the drive thru is a mess. Cars cutting the line, employees doing... nothing about it, placing orders takes forever. If you are planning to go to the drive thru I suggest you to access on ImperialHwy, there is another access on Lakewood Blvd but that?s for people going into the restaurant, also you might get stuck with thedrive through lane. My pregnant wife was craving it so we decided to hit the drive thru. Inconvenient location during rush hour. Line was very long... and difficult to get in and out. Service is bad here. Chick fil a is known for their amazing service but this lacksprofessionalism. Pulled up and we were greeted with a simple Hi what can I get you. I asked to see the menu and he replied withI don't have it. I'm thinking ok he's going to look for one so I can see it. NOPE. I asked do you have a spicy sandwich and hesaid yea we have 3 options.....never told me the options. I had to look on their website. While he just waited. 10+ cars behindme. I paid he hands me my card and just walks away. No thanks. No receipt. I get my food....it's not a spicy chicken sandwich. Read more
