They are always closing 30mins-1hr earlier than stated on their online hours. Every time I go the person in the drive thru... they?re always rude. They roll their eyes, hand the bagged items order roughly & have an attitude like they don?t like workingthere. If their working conditions are so bad they should find somewhere else to work that has better working conditions insteadof being rude to the customers. I?ve only experienced one nice girl at the drive thru on Aug 17,2022 at 7:21pm. I always saythank you & she was the only one to say it back instead of rolling her eyes. They will accept an Uber eats order until a drivercomes to pick it up then say that they aren?t making anymore coffee that night. They shouldn?t be accepting the orders & wastingpeople?s time/gas. Overall I expect the city of Downey to have better service quality. I take my business elsewhere to theDunkin in Bell Gardens. I tip heavy & at Bell Gardens I?m glad that my tips are going to people that have always treatedw/friendly service & no squished donuts.
