Thank you so much to the worker that was a guy with black hair that not only helped serve us donuts, he helped us during a... emergency. We were super lost with no phone service, he helped look up of where we needed to go on his phone and let us takepictures so we could get home safely. He went above and beyond to help out my family. They are always closing 30mins-1hr earlier than stated on their online hours. Every time I go the person in the drive thru... they?re always rude. They roll their eyes, hand the bagged items order roughly & have an attitude like they don?t like workingthere. If their working conditions are so bad they should find somewhere else to work that has better working conditions insteadof being rude to the customers. I?ve only experienced one nice girl at the drive thru on Aug 17,2022 at 7:21pm. I always saythank you & she was the only one to say it back instead of rolling her eyes. They will accept an Uber eats order until a drivercomes to pick it up then say that they aren?t making anymore coffee that night. They shouldn?t be accepting the orders & wastingpeople?s time/gas. Overall I expect the city of Downey to have better service quality. I take my business elsewhere to theDunkin in Bell Gardens. I tip heavy & at Bell Gardens I?m glad that my tips are going to people that have always treatedw/friendly service & no squished donuts. Bad services. I had to wait 15 min to get a regular coffee, then they over pour the coffee to the point the coffee was pouring... in my hands. I try to pour some out and accidentally drop my coffee. When back to the counter to let them know and the guymaking coffee drinks made me wait 10 more min. I had to ask someone else to pour a coffee. The guy who said he's name was Maxgave me attitude. Very poor maintenance of the facility, the building looks good from outside but is filthy inside. The associates don't pay... attention to the order (ordered the 2 for $2 breakfast sandwich, the associate charged me $2.40 and gave me 1 sandwich. Askedfor a coffee with cream and sugar and it was without any sugar and the amountof cream was minimal). The food took too long to bemade, and tasted horrible (as if you are chewing on a cardboard). The egg in the sandwich is only half (not sure it's aslandered practice or they were out). The egg in my sandwich looks as if it was torn or bitten(see attached pictures). Read more
