Ordered the two tacos and both had no filling. Terrible Jack in the box.
Some of their items would be so much better if they would just go the extra mile. But I guess this is what you get when you want... it fast. If you're that hungry or in that much of a hurry, you have to give up something. They work really hard at making theirproducts look really good in the advertising but what you actually get is so disappointing. Read more
I don't usually eat at Jack in The box, but they've been running a promotion with the dodgers. When they have 10 strikeouts you... get a free jumbo Jack when you buy a large drink. I forgot how much I liked their mystery meat tacos. I was satisfied with myfood each time. The food would have been five stars but on a couple occasions the tacos weren't fresh. I didn't like the drive thru experience today. The order taker had a hard time hearing me and it's funny how she still had... attitude when I pulled up to order. She never read back my order (even though we had miscommunication) she never tookinitiative to do her job right. I asked for her name because I most definitely wanted to mention her service in the receiptsurvey. She never gave it. I asked for a different employee to assist me or I could wait. She never gave her name and closedthe window. A different crew member closed the drive thru line from behind me (by going to their car) and the customers had toreverse awkwardly to exit. The receipt says the employees name is "Cynthia". It's really embarrassing how everyone had tostruggle based on this 1 visit. Read more

Randy Is the best employee there, he always gives me the best service, never eats on the job, and has served me 100 shakes... every-time i have gone. I once offered him some of my food but he said "I am not allowed to eat on the job" he then took my foodand saved it for his break. He should be put in charge - definitely a different Randy Read more
Staff locks the doors early in the days. I make a mobile order for pickup inside and they don't let me pick it up in the... drive-through. This staff is seriously lacking and they seem very unprofessional. Multiple times in the recent past has theservice been bad, rude, or unprofessional. Get your act together! Read more
Yes it's already twice that it has happened I go into the Jack in the box and I'm waiting I know they're busy but at least they... should have the courtesy to say I'll be right with you so you could so the customer could notice that they acknowledge them soit's only going to be one star not going back anymore the one that's in Downey it is sad because I have a big family and they'reno longer going to go either it has happened to them also I just walked out and went to McDonald's Read more
