There's a weird thing about this particular place. Not sure if it's all Jack in the Box locations but around 11:30pm-12am, they... shut down their computer for like 15 minutes or so. They won't take orders, they won't see your mobile app orders, they can'tprocess orders and they just don't care! There's no signs or postings to warn you! They just won't serve you! Burnt strips got them replaced and a hair on the new order. Got to get a coke and the machine was nice and dirty...bruh
I've always appreciated this place. Its my go-to whenever I have a long or rough stay at Kaiser next door. We've had good luck... with this location whether we eat in or order to go. And it's one of the few locations where the burger a actually looks prettyin person & not just on the ad ???? Read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered a meal. When i got to the window i was told they had ran out of what i ordered even... though i was waiting in the drive thru line for like 30 minutes. So i ordered a different meal yet they still messed it up. Adifferent staff member than proceeds to tell me that the person who helped me is kind of special and that i shouldve asked for adifferent person to help me. Me being annoyed already i tell them to just give me my order i had paid for then she startstelling me off cause i was giving her attitude suppossedly. Never going there again Read more
It took me a while to realize the missing bacon from this sourdough jack. $6 sandwich for just bread and a thin slice of meat.
This is literally the worst jack in the box I?ve ever been to. Took 15 minutes to even get the chance to speak once I made it to... the microphone. I placed a mobile order and they kept thinking I?m a DoorDash driver, apparently no one at this location isaware jack in the box has an app? After being asked 7 or 8 times for my name and do I work with DoorDash they finally began tomake my food which caused an additional wait. There were only 3 cars in the drive through at the time of this order and theyjust had no desire to move any faster or provide any type of customer service, save time and drive the extra 5 minutes to theother jack up the street. Frequently go here late at night during my lunch hour. It's not unusual for them to say the " system is down so can't take your... order" . Or they say "cash only card machine is down". I'm starting to think they just say that cause they don't want to work orjust pocketing the cash. Read more
