Good, it's like most little Caesar's they are pretty fast and mostly have great customer service. Don't call they never answer
I live in South Gate, but I drive to the Downey Imperial Plaza location. Both the South Gate and Cudahy locations are closer,... but the pizza is awful. Greasy, messy, uneven, and they NEVER cut it all the way through ??????? it doesn't even look likepizza, it's a disaster in a box. Read more
Our order got canceleed and when we got on the phone we called several times for 10 minutes plus, did not get an answer.... Inconvenience and unprofessional. At least inform us why the order got cancelled instead of simply cancelling. Read more
Thin crust pizza was half way cold and warm and wasn't even cooked rite . Cheese was still in shredded
Little Caesars is a great pizza place to go if you're low on cash and want something small but filling. A large pepperoni pizza... costs $5, and there's a lunch combo for $10 that includes a deep dish pizza and your choice of beverage. And, as of today, theydo deliver, which I am happy for; however, you can only do so on their website, which is inconvenient because you can contactthe location; you can only pick up when buying over the phone. Easily the WORST experience I've ever had at a little Caesars ever In my life. Customer service was terrible and was told it was... 10-12 minute wait which turned out to be just under 40 minutes. Kept messing up people's orders in front of us and just overalla bad experience. There was also zero compensation for waiting as long as we did. Would definitely not recommend this location.My sister and I were one of 7 people waiting over by the way. Also the pizza and bread weren't even hot when we recieved them.There was also missing cheese on the pizza.... How you manage to miss cheese... AND to top it off the crazy bread wasn't evencooked, it was gummy in the middle... Read more
The $5 pizza is no longer available so the service needs to get better. I order pizza we'll do because pizza is normally under... cook. Still a good deal on a Budget. Read more
