I ordered online to be delivered to my house. I ordered two pizzas, pepperoni with Italian sausage and another with Canadian... bacon plus wings and the chocolate chip cookie. What I got was 2 cheese pizzas with one ingredient on every slice. $86 for this.I called and whoever answered said they would send me another couple of pizzas but I decided to cancel and get my money back. Placed phone order at 7:46pm. Order was delivered at 9:10 pm. One extra large cold pizza was delivered. Before delivery a call... was made to papa johns to ask about delivery status. There was no answer. Then i was directed to new orders. I explaind theirwas no answer at the store. And that was why i was talking with them. The new order person was not helpful at all veryunconcerned with my inquiry. When i asked the delivery person why this delivery was so late. He just said sorry and left. Papajohns has always been my favorite. But with this type of treatment no thanks, PAPA JOHNS SUCKS!!!. Read more
Had a great experience at this spot. I showed up at about 3pm today and one lady was running the entire store. Although she was... hustling at making orders her customer service shined through. She greeted us and grabbed our order with a positive attitude anda friendly manner. I wished I could have gotten her name. Our order came out perfect. When I was younger I always thought Papa John's was a treat. Then somewhere in my late teens and early twenties the quality... changed. Just recently I tried Papa John's again. And they have started to take more pride in their ingredients again. To top itoff the cashier helping me at my local spot was polite and friendly. (update photos only) A rated. Never had a problem picking up my pizza. Best deals on online. One way in one way out right turn... only. But the parking lot of Stater Brothers is easier to go which ever way you need to go. Just go early buy a soda fromstater Brothers and then pick up your pizza. They do not share parking lot space. I order a pizza online to pick up in store. ordered a simple pizza with pepperoni pineapple and jalapenos when I when to pick... up the pizza I opened to see that there where no jalapenos. I told the man with the red shirt and he said I make you another.I thought he was gonna make a new one and to my surprise it seem like he grabbed them raw with his hands and gave the pizza back. I asked him for his manager and a refund he said to gave him back the pizza which I was planning to show manager herefused and I had to call the cops just to get a refund and to give the store the evidence which is totally not cool I haveto wait almost 2 hours this employee clearly doesn't care about the franchise he works with and I'm here telling you guysbecause is not fair for customers to get this type of customer service.
