We came here for lunch and the food was pretty good. Nothing out of this world delicious but definitely tasty. We ordered the... fried chicken sandwich and carnitas torta. If you can, mix the ?chamuco? sauce with the ranch for your fries and OMG.Perfection. I?d recommend to make reservations prior because it can get really crowded Read more

A breakfast spot that really is a breakfast spot in Downey! Area: located in a shopping center where there is a golden corral... and a coffee bean. With ample parking space and free :) Dine area: They have inside table as well as a big outside tableselection. It's an over counter service. Order at the front. Then get your food brought to you. Food: food was amazing!Everything tastes fresh and yummy. I had the beef omelet my spouse got the avo toast. (Feta on a toast? Nice choice). And weshared the flapjacks. Price: Price for entrees and drinks were a little above average. Used to being a 20 dollars per persontype of guy including drinks. Entree plus ice tea was around $25. And there flapjacks were entree price. $16. Food is amazingjust sharing my opinion on pricing Service: all staff were friendly and attentive when called Read more

Atmosphere is cute - especially the outdoor dining options. You have to order first before getting seated at a table, so... definitely take a look at the menu before you get there to get an idea of what you want to get. Food was great. Would highlyrecommend. We ordered one of their benedicts, pancakes and yogurt bowl. My cousin ordered their avocado toasts. Portions aregood. From ordering to getting the food, it was pretty quick. Read more

The line was crazy long but surprisingly our party of three was sat in less than 25 mins. Turns out you order your food with the... hostess/cashier before you sit at your table. The prices here are very fair for the quality and portions of food you receive. Igot the classic breakfast and it was pretty good! One problem was I asked for over medium and my egg whites were undercooked. Myhash browns came out like mashed potatoes (which is simply a personal pet peeve of mine with hash browns) so I wasn?t a fan, butmy friend liked them a lot. The fruit was super fresh and my bacon was thick cut and cooked to perfection! The sangrias werereally good! I asked the cashier if they did pitchers and they said no, they only sold by the glass. I was disappointed to findout later on from a server that they had some type of bottomless deal, I wish the cashier would have offered this as an optionafter telling me they don?t have pitchers. The dulce de leche coffee I got was phenomenal! My friend ordered a matcha coffee andshe really enjoyed it. I wish they had other nondairy options besides oat milk, but at least they have something. My friend andher daughter enjoyed their food as well, which came included french toast. Servers and other workers were all incredibly niceand approachable. I love the yellow colors everywhere, the ambiance is laid back and inviting. We didn?t wait long at all to beseated, order, receive our food and pay the bill. I will definitely be back again and again. Read more

You stand in line to place your order and pay and then they sit you down and you wait for your food. The food was delicious.... However you do have to buy everything separately instead of combos. The pancakes were so soft, filling, and sweet. They also hada few different eggs Benedict. Read more

I love this place! Breakfast included the ?Omelet á La Grecque?, I requested egg whites. This is a favorite of ours, so we have... two plates of the same dish - one with regular eggs and the other with egg whites. It?s a flavorful omelette packed with freshspinach, mushrooms, green onion, sprinkled with dill for garnish and feta. Accompanied with their famous hash browns that tastebuttery and are always crispy on the outside. It?s a well organized establishment, order your food, and sit out in the ampleairy patio. It?s decorated with greenery for a relaxing fresh feel. Parking is easy and free. Refills on coffee, sometimes thewaiter will come around to refill or you may need to go inside to request a refill on busier days. I highly recommend PoachedNeighborhood Kitchen for breakfast, there?s something for everyone! Read more

My first time visiting and it was well worth it. The atmosphere is cute and there is outdoor dining for those that want a little... more space! I had the waffle and a mimosa. The waffle was crispy and fluffy, a little on the thinner side but I enjoyed it. Itwas simple and exactly what I wanted. The mimosas are so yummy, and I could tell that it was fresh orange juice, because it hadsuch a fresh taste. I do recommend checking this place out, and I look forward to coming back! Read more
