Please do not work here if you?re applying to Wingstop!! When I got the job they only made me work 1 day a week which caused me... to be broke! Everytime I ask to give me more days to work they just ignore. I did a on-line order(5/8/22 @ 9pm) and was given a 30 wait time. I arrived a bit early, checked-in and I still waited 20... minutes past the given wait time. The wings where room temp and dry. The staff was young and spent more time laughing themdoing there jobs. Big disappointment as I was a fan. Prices went up $2 also. Better wings options on Firestone don?t wasteyou time and money here. I made an order online and when I got to the restaurant I was told they were understaffed. I understand that many restaurant are... understaffed right now however, I waited almost 2 hours. The staff kept saying that they were waiting for fries. Once Ireceived my order and got home the fries were old and cold. I placed and order for pick up to be ready @ 1:15pm I arrived at 1:20pm. My Oder had to be sitting there for about 20+ min.... Because my food was completely cold like honestly not even room temperature no exaggeration. So I don?t recommend. Eat somewhereelse in the area. Read more
Brea the manager was so disrespectful talking mess to employees infront of me. Unfortunately you guys were not taking cash but... her attitude as a manager is horrible. She was talking mess to an employee Oscar bossing him around and telling him to clean thebathrooms and the windows. She should have waited for customers to leave very rude. Will never come back. She has alot oftattoos and they need to do a criminal background check. I?ve never had an issue with the delivery I have gotten from this place. I have been here to eat in person and it?s always good... service, the location is clean and just big enough for people to sit and eat. The wings are always great when I order in personand for delivery. Really satisfied with the order every single time nothing is burnt and nothing is too seasoned.
