Food was awesome. Absolutely loved my veal piccata and family loved their dishes as well. Kitchen staff was happy to make... amendments to the dishes which I really appreciated! They were careful to keep our water glasses full and check in frequently(but not in an annoying way). Pasta and pizza is all made in house and I felt the quality was there. Definitely recommend. All of the food was so delicious! The calamari and bruschetta were so tasty. The Caesar salads were fresh and the dressing was... so good. I also ordered Danny's Signature Filet Mignon, Italian Style for my entree and it was amazing, the meat was cookedperfectly. Cocktails also yummy! Read more
I’ve never eaten in the restaurant, only ordered takeout so this review is based on the food only. I was looking forward to... trying it out, but was disappointed. I got the pear salad with grilled chicken, and aside from the pears (which were mushy bythe way), the salad tasted like something I could’ve gotten at a pizza shop. The chicken lacked flavor, and the passion fruitdressing was way too sweet to pair with a salad that already has fruit. For a Cucina Fresca, the salad was Non Fresco. Lol Thepizza was pretty ordinary as well but not bad. The buffalo chicken tenders were not actually tenders- they were cutlets, whichisn’t the worst thing in the world but the buffalo sauce had a sweet taste that I didn’t love. Wife and I enjoyed the authentic Italian cuisine and atmosphere. She got the lobster ravioli and I got the squid ink and lobster... pasta. We got the brushchetta for an appetizer. The food was amazing! The service was great and the place was extremely clean.5/5 would dine here again! Read more

Great Italian restaurant for the area! They have a massive menu with so many choices. I think their choice of putting the menu... on a clipboard is just annoying. You’re flipping back and forth through 30 pages and it just honestly does not make anysense. We ordered the stuffed figs, prosciutto, and mascarpone app. As well as the Burrata and signature salad. I absolutelyloved the apps! The figs were so delicious and creative! The salad sizes were perfect and so tasty! The other let down was theplating for the entrees. It was strange how they painted balsamic glaze on each plate and completely unnecessary. We ordered thepenne with shrimp in vodka sauce. My boyfriend thought it was pretty greasy. The shrimp was hard to eat since it was shell on,so plan to break shrimp down with that dish. I ordered the spinach fettuccine which was also pretty greasy but otherwise verytasty! The mushroom risotto was the best entree but it did have whole herbs in it which again, unnecessary. I would come againand recommended others to come try the restaurant! The only thing I can say is wow. Drove out to Downingtown, and this place packs a punch. Finally shook the kids off our coat... tails, and got a dat night in. Our drinks came and my wife's prosecco came out with a proper pour, was not half a glass it waslegit, my Blue Moon very refreshing with a Orange. We ordered appetizers calamari, just the tubes came with marinara olives andbanana hots, and a charcuterie board. I got the Shrimp Scampi excellent!! You can taste the freshness in their homemade pasta,my wife got Shrimp with bacon and pasta in a Vodka sauce . Enough to take home and have for dinner. We also got Gelato verygood, for me it was Salted Carmel, and my wife Coconut. I must compliment Anthony's on thier service, they hustle, its'salways leg day as the staff climbs the stairs up and down throughout their shifts.. the prices are incredible, and menu sizeis big. Gorgeous setting. Delicious food. Amazing staff. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back. The smell in the air is divine!
