Absolutely will never eat here again. Placed an online order at 4:25. Was told it would be ready at 5:20. Went to pick it up... and was greeted and told it would be ready in a few minutes. FOURTY FIVE MINUTES LATER I WAS STILL WAITING. I asked to have mymoney refunded, which the employee did not seem to want to do. Manager did come out to do the refund and told me the refundwould show up on my card in about 7 days. NO APOLOGY! Read more
HORRIBLE!!! This is your warning...our waitress messed up our orders, forgot to put in one of the orders.. we had to ask for a... soda and the missing meal 4 times if not more . .the dirty plates sat on our table the entire time until we ended up movingthem to the table behind us. our waitress barely came to our table . We had to find her to get anything. Our waitress asked usif everything was good and I said no and she never asked what the problem was or anything just kept smiling. Finally the managercame out she did apologize for the mistakes she was gave us money off the bill. she then admitted that the one meal was neverput in the system. I understand that we are human and mistakes happen but the manager had to take the blunt of it when ourwaitress should have owned up to her own mistakes.. the manager did take our desert order which was the best part of the mealstill never coming here again!! Amazing! It was my husband and my first date out and on a whim, we stopped there. The place is incredible, the food was... delicious and when we had an issue, it was taken care of quickly. Visited the BWW for their Tuesday night special to get the regular wings but one get one . I was using the app for first time... and the app is user friendly and able to place the order without any issues and it gives an estimated time to pickup . Thenshowed at the pickup area and they delivered exactly as promised . The wings were steaming hot and vapors escaping through theboxes. I order Asian zing for medium and Thai curry for hot. The wings quality as such was great and juicy, the Asian zing wasperfect I don?t like the Thai curry . Will definitely order again to try different combos !! Read more

Placed a takeout order and some items were missing. Ordered the kids meal with milk and honey barbecue sauce, 2 wraps with... wedges and 2 different sauces and 10 pieces wings. The milk was not included, none of the sauces and I got 5 wings instead of10. Frustrating. Food was alright though. Read more
