I go to this DD often out of convenience but am always disappointed by the inconsistency of my orders. Ordering the same thing... everyday and somehow it will taste different every time. A few of the gentlemen that work there are very nice and always seemlike they are working hard and trying their best, however there is one lady who is always so rude. She'll act like it is myfault that she forgot to give me a straw for my iced coffee. She should not be in a customer facing role. Even during a near nor'easter and terrible road conditions this fantastic crew came in to work the other day and provided... service to those who also still had to get the work like myself. This location can handle busy crowds in the morning quickly andusually recognizes me when I pull up to the drive-thru and tells me my order before I even get a chance to. Oh and the coffee ismade exactly the way I like it every time, delicious. This is truly a model store with the most friendly and efficient crew! Read more
I ordered food and coffee through the drive thru today and the lady taking my order was very rude. After I paid I did not get my... credit card back and after pulling back around they said they dont have it. I get to the window and my card is on the groundexcept it is under where my car wouldve been. I asked the man at the register,(different from the lady who took my cardinitially) how it couldve ended up under my car and he simply said he didnt know and that its my own problem. So now I don?tknow if I?ve been scammed, or if they simply tossed my card on the ground after I came back and said I lost my card, andproceeded to play dumb. Pretty low for a Dunkin Donuts. Read more

Stopped in at 8:10 pm last night to pick up some donuts for this morning. Sign on the door said open until 9 pm, but was... locked. Another potential customer was banging on the door but nobody responded, and no donuts were visible on the racksinside. When someone finally opened the door a crack to ask what we wanted, he was quite rude when we told him we wanteddonuts. He said nobody wanted to work so they locked the door to keep any customers out. We told him that works both ways -since we no longer want to be a customer, he can keep it locked for all we care. We went elsewhere - not a Dunkin - to getDonuts after we left. The Burger King that was in this location before wasn't great, but it was never deliberately bad. I donot see this new DD location lasting very long after the initial curiosity phase ends. Read more
I moved ten months ago out of the immediate area so don?t come here often anymore. Today I stopped because I was nearby. They... still remembered my order and were so excited to see me asking how I was and how I?d been. I have never had bad customer servicehere and they have never screwed up my order. I was there every day for over a year before I moved and not once did they forgeta straw or a napkin or give me the wrong coffee or muffin. They were always polite and happy to see me. I don?t go to my localstore because I?m afraid I?ll be disappointed after the stellar service I received at this one. Read more
