Bought 4 sandwiches for my family dinner and spent about as much money as it would to go to a nice steakhouse, BUT the quality... of these sandwiches are worse than the assisted living cafeteria grade my grandpa Tyler is in. Too bad there wasn't an option for negative stars because this junkyard would be a candidate for that. The unpleasantness began... when I called my order in. I was greeted by a very rude and inpatient employee who took my order at her convenience. Uponarrival at the restaurant I was positive that some of their cheese product went bad, as the smell was worse than the service.Upon receiving my sandwich, the Lettuce was wilted, tomatoes were 3 days past expiry, and the onions smelled like they have beencooking in the sun for days. Purchased Primo Hoagies for a cold supper. Bread was HORRIBLE and BURNED. Tasted and felt like it was 2 days old! Took our... meats off and put them in our own bread. Exton shop gave us wonderful breads several days ago. Frustrated with Downingtownquality! Read more
I don?t know what is going on with this location as of recently. I ordered 2 turkey hoagies for lunch. Super disappointed! The... turkey was warm, not cold like lunch meat should be. When I went in to pick up my order, employees were worried more aboutwatching a movie than completing my order! Ordered a regular cheessesteak, when I got home I opened it up to a turkey sandwich with ketchup and a bunch of topping I did... not order. I called to see if my order could be fixed as obviously there was a confusion and instead I was told I couldn?t haveit returned since it was opened. Should have just gone to Wawa if this is what I was going to get. Walked in and ordered to go. It's hard to tell how busy it is... these days because of online orders, but it took a while. Get home and what a disappointment. I've eaten at all different primolocations, and the food is always consistent. I didn't know they were making sandwiches using left over Easter ham!
