such a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. After advising the woman at the counter I had a service animal, she displayed a... very hostile attitude. It was a hot day and I ordered a cone of ice cream and asked for a small cup of water. The staff memberpurposely and rudely gave me a cup of HOT water. Had to ask another staff member to give me a cup of cool drinkable water. Notsure what I did so wrong to her or if she was having a bad day but someone with this type of attitude should not be working withcustomers. Read more

The girl at the counter was extremely rude not respecting that I had a service animal with me. Once she understood that she... could not deny me service she then proceeded to continue to be rude to use by giving a horrible attitude and then once we gotour ice cream we asked for a cup of water and we feel she purposely brought us hot water that you can?t even drink. Fresh and delicious but they could make more smooth service with alternative way.

I recently ordered a cake and asked for a personalized colour (Blue). Well the attached was what I got. I wasn't happy at all.... Then the personalised writing was so annoying. Whoever was writing this message decided to do whatever pleased them. The personstarted with small letters and decided along the way to use Capital letters. The cake itself wasn't so amazing. There was morecream less fudge and filling. It was one big blob of ice cream. Needless to say, I wont be ordering at this location anymore!!! Read more

Great service, all of their frozen treats are really good, and the sundaes tastes fresh with a nice smooth texture. Only bad... thing about the store itself is the interior, as it looks very outdated and is not big at all. Definitely not a big deal sincethe wait isn't that long and service is usually good, but it could help customers feel more relaxed and enjoy their ice creammore. Read more
