such a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. After advising the woman at the counter I had a service animal, she displayed a... very hostile attitude. It was a hot day and I ordered a cone of ice cream and asked for a small cup of water. The staff memberpurposely and rudely gave me a cup of HOT water. Had to ask another staff member to give me a cup of cool drinkable water. Notsure what I did so wrong to her or if she was having a bad day but someone with this type of attitude should not be working withcustomers. Read more
The girl at the counter was extremely rude not respecting that I had a service animal with me. Once she understood that she... could not deny me service she then proceeded to continue to be rude to use by giving a horrible attitude and then once we gotour ice cream we asked for a cup of water and we feel she purposely brought us hot water that you can?t even drink.
