Extremely upset with the food quality from this location. I ordered a double quarter pounder combo and the burger buns were rock... solid. I knocked on it with my knuckles and it sounded like I was knocking on wood. This meal had to be prepared 1 month priorfrom how hard/stiff and dry the ingredients were. This location has very friendly and professional staff. Orders are served very quickly. Most MCDONALD'S are super slow but not... this one. They were attending the drive in and walk in at the same time and both equally fast. Also they take orders in walkinvery quickly that if you use terminal your self it will delay you. People were walking in and out in less than 5 minutes. Someonly had coffee but other had combos. Keep up the excellent service. Fast food served as it should be fast. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull ahead as my food wasn't ready yet.... I waited 30 minutes and when I complained they said my order didn't exist. They processed my mobile order and gave it to thewrong person. The employee that took my order in the drive-thru came out and confirmed my order was legitimate so I got my foodafter 45 minutes of waiting. Honestly the audacity of accusing me of lying about my order after they screwed up and gave myorder to the wrong person was appalling. This place is a new low for McDonald's everywhere. Read more
always great service at this location they really work hard to get the cars through the drive-thru as quick as they can. My... meals are always gluten free so I ordered two double cheeseburgers with no bun. This location made the effort to make the foodon the platter look appetizing it doesn't always happen that way; I really appreciate it when they do. **** Follow up visit,ordered double hamburgers without the buns added some tomatoes lettuce and a small fry, making another perfect gluten-free lunchfor a Celiac like me. Ordered a double big mac combo with a large slam dunk mcflurry. They sent me a double cheeseburger with small mcflurry? What... kind of service is this? I should get what i paid for.... After 2 days i decide to try again for a double big mac. . This timethey forget the cheese pickles and the sauces... sprinkled the smallest amount of onion i have ever seen! Good McDonald's, has 2 drive through lanes, but can still be slow on service. Had my order missing items which isn't great... ????, make sure to check you're before leaving, apart from that its not a bad spot to grab morning coffee or lunch! Read more
