We shared a large appetizer of several items. The two of us both drank iced tea, and our server was very good about offering us... refills. Besides being very pleasant, she also cleared away our plates when we finished eating. This is an important part of anyrestaurant experience as far as I'm concerned. Read more

Food was ok. Waitress service was awful. Drinks arrived after the appetizers and food, one of meals was never sent out. The... waitress never checked on us, if she had, she would've noticed the missing drinks she never brought out and that one of themeals were missing. Applebee's is a chain and the food is always consistent. But the staff isn't always consistent from location to location. If I... lived closer then 2 hours for this location I would come here over and over again. Our server was Anna H. We came in a littlelate, came into town for a graduation. Had my 5 year old and 6 adults with us. My 5 year old was tired from a long day oftraveling and wasn't having any part in going out to eat. He was crying and yelling, we felt horrible. Thankfully it was late sothe restaurant wasn't packed. But our server let me tell you. I wish all servers had the patients and understanding like shedid. She didn't talk to him much she left him to himself, but she brought him an apple juice (without being asked), brought himgummy sharks, and French fries(without being asked). All of these things helped him perk up and we ended up having a verypleasant meal. She also told him towards the end that she was so proud of him for how he turned himself around. I honestlywanted to cry because most people don't and wouldn't take the time out to do things like this.
