Stood at register for 10 mins - no one took my order. Meanwhile 11 more customers lined up behind me. I said hello??? several... times, with no response from the employees standing right there. In store customers were completely ignored while fouremployees processed drive thru orders. Total chaos with absolutely no one in charge. I simply walked out followed by 6 or 7others. First of all I had a 10 minutes wait for my food . The reason for the 5 stars is the food as great as always and manager was... busting is butt helping the customers, cooking in the back working the drive thru and keeping the line moving as fast as hecould. first time i came here a lovely young man named sean took my order, very polite and professional. last week however the staff... were very rude, and they even got my order wrong, and denied my a refund when i told them it was wrong! please rehire seankaempf, he was the backbone of this business. I would come here all the time. Big fan of this establishment. However, this restaurant has fallen off ever since my good pal... Sean Francis Keampf stopped working here. He would always light the place up. He's a good kid. Please hire him back, or I willNEVER dine at Burger King again. Read more

i really love Burger King but ever since they fired Sean Kaempf it hasn't been the same. A while ago there was a really nice... young man, he told me his name was Sean Kaempf and he was a very respectable employee. one day i walked in and he wasnt thereanymore. most of the other employees were very rude and impatient with me, nothing like how Sean treated me. it would be reallynice if you would hire Sean back. if you dont i might have ti stop coming to this location.
