My wife and I had dinner here last night and everything was fantastic. We both had a special: I had the chicken and waffles and... she had the flank steak wrap. Both were delicious and exceeded our expectations. The staff was great as well and their beer listis much better than expected. I tried a new Lager that was great and finished the evening with a Mad Elf. This is a great cozylittle restaurant to check out if you're in Doylestown. Read more
I had a business lunch this past Friday with a couple attorney's and decided on Harper and Penny's due to the location. I had... eaten at the Pennsylvania Soup and Seafood House before so I was aware of this restaurant but never ate here. I am certainlyglad I decided on this place. I was able to make a reservation using my Google Assistant (so easy to do) for the following day. Arrived a few minutes before the reservation and was seated right away. Our waitress was the Owner and did an excellent jobof being attentive without being overbearing. The lemonade drink I had was OUTSTANDING as was the gin and tonic I tried. Thefood was excellent though they were out of the hummus, next time I'll get it. We did not try any of the desserts, I was toofull. We stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed everything we got. We got the hummus plate , fried chicken sandwich and their grilled... cheese. We loved everything including their drinks. The waitress was so incredibly kind. We do wish that on the hummus platterthe pita bread was warm but everything was fresh and delicious. Read more
