Taking 5 minutes away from our 1-month old child to send rave reviews to the chefs and service staff at Heirloom. We ordered 80%... of the menu and regret nothing - it was a great use of my stretchy maternity waistband. The BYOB offers affordable elegance withquality ingredients and portions that fill! The staff was attentive, informative and genuine. Our 4-course meal, spread across50% of the menu, was swoon-worthy. Let me tell you about this best meal I have had in a while: To start off, - I enjoyed everybite, down to the last seed, from my perfectly dressed apple greens salad. I stole an amazing bite of caprese salad from myhusband. I "don't like tomatoes" but the yellow and green tomatoes were among the most flavorful I've encountered. The nextcourse, my favorite, we shared the mushroom & goat cheese tart - it was well structured puff pastry, deliciously balancedfilling & overall aesthetically gorgeous. For our main course, the hanger steak and trout were both amazing, as evidenced byclear, clean plates. One of our first stops while visiting Doylestown. Friendly and quick service. Open cand minimal decor, with large windows... perfect for people watching. Their egg Benedict was one of the best i have had in a while. No carby bread. The eggs sit on topof a thin slice of brisket with tomato and crispy hash browns. Served with a healthy side of salad. The crab and avocado was asmaller portion but a lovely presentation. Overall , had a wonderful taste of the great food scene in Doylestown here. Read more
This is an amazing little place.Kitchen is creating honest food with great flavors .BYOB is convenient.The servers are friendly... and efficient and the service is nicely paced.The only miss was lack of cool air inside ,even though the fan was on all the time,it was not very comfortable. What an amazing dinner my wife Alanna and I had at Heirloom! This was our first time dining there with Tim and his staff and... couldn't be more pleased with the evening. Wow. What a delicious dining experience tonight. Everything was absolutely delicious. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was... divine. As was the chess and charcuterie board. My pasta dish was heavenly and my husband loved his short ribs. The servicewas also very attentive and accommodating. 5 star experience. We?ll be back. Read more
