I?ll never visit this place again. One of the clerks was very rude. I?m Asian and It was my first time visiting there. So It... took some time for me to figure out what kind of pizza is available, in which size it is served and how to pay for it. When Iwas ordering pizza to the clerk, he laughed at me. I felt so offended and frustrated that I couldn?t even the clerk my creditcard. What is worse is, our pizza was not prepared whil other consumers who came later than us receiced theirs. I had to askanother clerk to check if ours is not ready yet. All these badly hurt my feelings?I?ll never ever visit here. Read more
First visit today, will return. Love, love the thin crust. The fact that the pizza is not doughy or soggy allows you to enjoy... the crispiness of the crust and the flavor of the pizza.The establishment is clean and well prepared to keep you Covid safe!The staff is extremely polite and pleasant and the service was great! Gluten Free Pizza was delicious! I got the Buffalo Chicken Pizza (who would've thought of putting Arugula and Celery on a... pizza??) and a Pepperoni Pizza. They were both wonderful. Having Celiac Disease it is important to avoid cross contamination andthey did great!! Couldn't even tell the difference from regular Pizza. Read more
Good pizza. I liked the thin crust style of it and the prices are very good. Customer service was good even though they messed... up our order and had to re-do it. At least they gave us the extra pizza for free as well as an extra drink. Their gluten freeoptions are quite good too. I found the meat lovers pizza to be on the greasy side and their mediterranean one was literally amargarita pizza with a greek salad on top of it, which I thought was quite funny. Read more
Wow. What a great experience at Jules. My son and I are recently both diagnosed with celiac disease and it's nice to find a... quick and safe place to eat. The customer service is excellent (even when we spilled a drink on a pizza they replaced it rightaway) and professional. We will be regulars! Read more
