So I went in Panera for some quick soup because my son was on a 4 day fast for his 3rd taekwondo Blackbelt testing, and was... disappointed when I received about 1 ladle of chicken noodle soup that was mostly broth for $8, when I ordered a large. I didn'trealize til we were driving away. I did send an email to their customer service, and they had me sign up for their rewardsprogram so they could give me $10 in rewards, so they did quicky try to resolve my issue, that was nice. I would just say I'llgive them another chance when I use my rewards. I am hopeful for a better experience this time. Read more

You cannot just pick up the phone and place an order for delivery or pickup. Apparently everything has to be done online and... their site for ordering is confusing, you can't modify your order and when I tried to call and get a $50 order delivered theycouldn't do it. What a shame. How many times do you go to a store and say your bill is $23.25 so you give them a twenty and aten dollar bill and the quarter and they look at you like to say..what am I supposed to do with this? Seems everyone who works here woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Staff is rude, disorganized and unhelpful. Simple thing as... picking up and order is bunglers and met with negative experience. Multiple times now. Moving on to patronize friendlierestablishments. Read more
Have not been to a Panera bread in well over ten years. Was a very good experience. The dining area well clean and well... organized. The self serve kiosks were clean and tidy. Food was prepared in a timely fashion. Highly enjoyed my meal. Will visitagain soon. Read more
My mom picked up my order for me as I was in the ER. No utensils were included and they forgot the salad dressing. Skimped on... the salad fixings and it was pretty much just all lettuce. Read more
