My husband ordered a few weeks ago online. 10 min after we got our food the manager of this location called my husband and asked... him if he tipped the delivery driver. Last time I checked a tip is a courtesy thing. (Which we did give him a 5.00 tip) Iexplained to the manager how rude he was for even asking something like that and I got this huge story how the computerssometimes mess up and the drivers don't get tipped. Again it's a courtesy thing to tip. I did call coorpate 2 times and all Iwanted was an apology and no one ever got back to me. I'm extremely disappointed. We will not order from here ever again. So I doordashed from this papa johns, got myself a pizza that was supposed to have black olives on one half and sausage on the... other now I guess the cooks dont how to follow simple instructions because there is black olives and sasuage throughout theentire pizza. Read more

Just waited an hour for an order that was quoted for a half hour, food was cold and they literally sent me dry garlic knots... (essentially twisted bread sticks, which if we had wanted bread sticks that is what I would have ordered). I was never the biggest Papa John's fan to begin with and it seems that they keep getting worse and cutting corners to save... money. I ordered a large 1 topping last night and received the most barebones pizza I've ever had in my life. The entire base ofthe pizza was razor thin and hardly had any substance to it. Little sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc. It's like they went out oftheir way to use as little dough as possible while spreading it thin enough to look like a large pie. It also seems like theirspecialty pies have gotten lower in quality as well. The only saving grace is the cheap prices if you find a discount code. Read more
Do not order by phone ever! You are not calling the local shop even though there is a local number listed but are calling an... offshore call center. They do not tell you this when you order. I called, placed my order, gave them my credit card number forpayment. Within a minute of placing the order, l got a phone call from the same number I called to place the order. It was thestore manager telling me that at 6:00 on a Saturday night, they were closing and my order was being voided. When I asked why Ihadn't been told this, he told me that the ordering is done off shore. If I had known this, I would not have ordered by phoneor at all. They offered me free food without giving me any reference number or anything else but frankly, I will NEVER go toany Papa Johns again. Read more
Ordered for delivery. After an hour and a half I called for the third time. Said they didn't find an order. Next morning found... the pizzas on the porch. Didn't knock or ring doorbell letting us know it was here. Very disappointed. Read more
